University of Prince Mugrin Welcomes ABET Team for the On-Site Visit
The University of Prince Mugrin proudly hosted the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) team one of the world’s leading accrediting bodies for engineering and computer science programs for an on-site visit during the period of Monday - Thursday, November 18-21 2024. This significant visit marks a pivotal step in our commitment to academic excellence and continuous improvement.
The ABET team evaluated four academic programs:
1. Electrical Engineering
2. Civil Engineering
3. Architecture Engineering
4. Cybersecurity and Forensic Computing
Throughout the visit, the ABET team engaged with faculty members, staff, and students in comprehensive discussions on program learning outcomes, teaching methodologies, and infrastructure to ensure alignment with global best practices.
