The Prince Mugrin University Award for Excellence stems from the university's relentless pursuit of institutional excellence, represented in the implementation of its strategic plan in all sectors of the university, and in its various directions. The Excellence Awards aim to create an attractive and stimulating environment for work and creativity, which are capable of improving performance, upgrading the level of the educational process, and enabling the university's outputs to compete locally, globally, and to compete in achieving excellence when heading to the labour market.

- Spreading the culture of quality and institutional excellence, and raising awareness about its practices among individuals and sectors to enhance the spirit of competition among university employees.
