Objectives of the Award

The Prince Mansour Bin Muqrin Award for Outstanding Administrative Staff aims to achieve excellence in job performance by:
• Motivating university employees to achieve quality and excellence in job performance.
• Encouraging positive competition for creativity in performance that positively impacts the support of the educational process.
• Enhancing innovation and excellence in performance to achieve the university's mission.
• Developing initiative to contribute to improving performance efficiency and product quality.

 

Targeted Categories

All employees working in various sectors and administrative units of the university at different levels.

Conditions for applying for the award:

To be eligible for this award, the applicant must meet the following conditions:

1. Must have spent at least two years in the position since joining the university.
2. Must achieve a score of 85% in the annual job performance evaluation.
3. Must achieve a score of 85% in the overall evaluation of all award criteria to enter the nominations.
4. Must be in their current position and not on exceptional leave during the nomination period.
5. Must have good conduct and behavior.
6. Must not have been subject to disciplinary action in the past two years for nomination.

Other conditions:

The Prince Mansour Bin Muqrin Excellence Award is granted to the outstanding candidate who achieves the highest rating (85% or above).
