Conditions for applying for the award:
To be eligible for this award, the applicant must meet the following conditions:
1. Must have spent at least two years in the position since joining the university.
2. Must achieve a score of 85% in the annual job performance evaluation.
3. Must achieve a score of 85% in the overall evaluation of all award criteria to enter the nominations.
4. Must be in their current position and not on exceptional leave during the nomination period.
5. Must have good conduct and behavior.
6. Must not have been subject to disciplinary action in the past two years for nomination.
