The University of Prince Muqrin bin Abdulaziz was established in 1434 AH, and it is a non-profit private university, which contributes to supporting the educational system in the community of Medina by integrating education with fun and creativity in a distinctive way.

Institutional Accreditation

"University of Prince MUgrin is conditionally accredited by the National Center for Academic Accreditation and evAluation (NCAAA) at Education & Training Evaluation Commission for the period May 1, 2022 to April 30, 2026 and agrees to uphold the NCAAA Standards for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Higher Education Institutions. The NCAAA is the independent body for the accreditation of higher education institutions and programs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia."

Associate member of EHL to develop a tailor-made Bachelor of Science program in International Hospitality Management for UPM's College of Management and Hospitality, the only degree program of its kind in Saudi Arabia. EHL will also audit the college regularly to ensure quality and compliance with global brand standards.
