RSG Scholarship
Red Sea Global, in partnership with the University of Prince Mugrin (UPM) and the Hospitality Business School (EHL), is offering scholarships for high school graduates to study bachelor’s degree in International Hospitality Management. Red Sea Global and its partners seek to provide job opportunities to suitably qualified graduates.
OVERVIEW
The program aims to prepare future hoteliers in International Hospitality Management by providing a curriculum combining theoretical knowledge and hands-on experiences using Swiss and international hospitality standards.
The program is also designed to prepare the students for the job market through practical experiences and training for two semesters. The final practical project will be delivered in the last semester upon graduation. The graduates will receive a certificate from UPM accredited by Hospitality Business School (EHL) after successfully completing the program requirements.
There will be two tracks in the program as the following:
2- Full Track
is a 5-year program in which students should successfully pass the preparatory year to be qualified to start the major
PROGRAM OBJECTIVES
- Encourage young Saudis to specialize in different branches of hospitality.
- Leveraging local and international expertise to develop a world-class tourist destination.
- Equip young Saudis with the right skills to prepare and qualify local talent for the workplace.
- Create new career paths to lead the future of tourism in Saudi Arabia.
- Actively promote fields of study matched with the operational needs of RSG.
- Provide young Saudis pursuing a career in tourism with hands-on experience in the sector.
Admission Requirements
- Applicant must be a Saudi national
- Applicant must present a medical report proving that they are physically and psychologically fit to work in the hospitality industry.
- Have a high school degree (as a full-time student) from inside KSA or an equivalent from abroad
- Applicant should not exceed five years since graduation from high school
- Register as a full-time student
- Applicant must be less than 23 years old
- SAAT and cognitive ability tests must be 60% and above
- SAAT and cognitive ability tests expiry dates will be as per ETEC Policy
- Applicant must not have acceptance in another program or degree at UPM or any other university
- Complete psychometric assessment if required
- Submit all required documents during the registration stage
- Sign (or have a guardian sign on their behalf) a letter of commitment to work at any of RSG’s projects or its partners for a minimum of 4 years upon successfully graduating from the program.

Special Conditions for the Fast-Track Program:

Applicant must have 6 or above in IELTS or any equivalent standardized tests.
