We are keen to support promising and academically outstanding students (both male and female) through our full and partial scholarships that fall under university outlined conditions and guidelines.
We are keen to support promising and academically outstanding students (both male and female) through our full and partial scholarships that fall under university outlined conditions and guidelines.
This program aims to support outstanding students and giving them a chance to study in a competitive and stimulating environment to learn and develop their abilities in their chosen faculties to become future leaders. Hence, our university offers two types of scholarships:
An Excellence Scholarship is a scholarship of 80%, provided to students who achieve academic excellence and achievement on their tests and achieve advanced grades, higher than the ordinary level. The high school accumulative grade here is the main indicator in determining outstanding students.
The matriculation process follows the admission period which commences at the beginning of each academic year of the admission season for a specific period of time, then a comparison is made to select the best candidates. Students who will be awarded this scholarship for a specific major can only proceed if the minimum intake requirement is met; otherwise, they will be allowed to enroll in another available major according to their preference with full entitlement to the scholarship. Students granted this scholarship are not permitted to change majors without the approval of the Scholarship Committee.
To be considered for the Excellence Scholarship, applicants should fulfill the following criteria:
2 . Excellence Scholarship (B) (60%):
An Excellence Scholarship is a scholarship of 60%, provided to students who achieve academic excellence and achievement on their tests and achieve advanced grades, higher than the ordinary level. The high school accumulative grade here is the main indicator in determining outstanding students.

3. Partial Scholarship (30%):
This is a partial discount of 30% from the regular tuition fees granted to students based on their high school educational achievement.
This scholarship is renewed with the agreement of both parties and in accordance with the available rates for each academic year. The beneficiary party must commit to the university’s regulations and conditions.
To be considered for the Partial Scholarship, applicants should fulfill the following criteria:
4. Children of University of Prince Mugrin’s Employees (40%):
This is a 40% scholarship provided to the sons and daughters of employees of the Prince Muqrin bin Abdulaziz University.
To be considered for the Children of Prince Mugrin Employees Scholarship, applicants should fulfill the following criteria:
5. Talent Scholarship (40%)
This is a scholarship of 40% granted to talented students with an extraordinary aptitude or distinguished performance in one or more community-appraised disciplines such as intellectual excellence, innovative thinking, and/or an academic distinction in a particular skill. Essentially, talent is the prime criterion for selection for this scholarship.
To be considered for this scholarship, applicants should fulfill the following criteria:
6. Charitable Organizations Scholarship (50%):
This is a partial scholarship of 50% which is offered to Social Security students and charities.

7. Albayan Orphans Scholarship (50%):
Albayan Orphans scholarship (50%) is a full grant scholarship provided to orphans.
To be considered for this scholarship, applicants should fulfil the following criteria:
8. Siblings Scholarship (10% - 5%):
This is a partial discount between 5 to 10% offered to siblings of current ( active)/ registered full-time students at the University of Prince Mugrin.
To be considered for the Siblings Scholarship, applicants should fulfil the following criteria:
9. Group Discount (10% - 15%):
This is a partial discount between 10-15% is for groups of students enrolled to study regularly at the University of Prince Muqrin.

The National Scholarship is a full scholarship (100%) for the children of Martyrs.
To be considered for this scholarship, applicants should fulfill the following criteria:
Respected Saleh abdullah Kamel, in cooperation with Prince Muqrin bin Abdulaziz University, provided a number of partial scholarships, up to 80%, for high school graduates from the Kingdom's young men and women, if the appropriate conditions are met.
